Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Started mugging John king, his buddy peaked the monorail and I killed him. He was dropping his items and then decided that he would break the server rules to avoid being mugged I guess? Didn't work out well for him, he ended up being shot. Left the server after to avoid giving the items back.
