You were speeding, let's not ignore that. No way the Roadcrew could have reacted in time.

Roadcrew was not indicating, violates law 12.10, which violates rule 4.1. If the roadcrew had indicated I could've easily slowed down or swerved to the left.

and if you were going slower you wouldn't have died to the roadcrew going into your lane, I can see how the roadcrew is also at fault but so is the driver

I was speeding away from cops so I was at fault but I had a reason to break the law, the RC did not.
