I want to it to be refunded because in this situation I lost my gun by killing this guy,and the cops came like 2 seconds after I killed him, I didn't had time to run away so I waited,the result would be the same . I ended up in jail.
if he wouldn't run away,I would have taken his money and ran away with my gun hidden.(the Remi was a short one).
