What do you need refunded: This isn't a refund request. I bought VIP for the user STEAM_0:1:8833815 and they relogged and didn't receive their VIP. I was wondering what I could do to get this fixed

Why do you want your item(s) refunded: Because I bought VIP and they didn't get their VIP

Evidence: I don't know what evidence to give. I could take a screenshot of the transaction log on my Paypal if you want.

After speaking to @Fredy he's confirmed the user does now have VIP after you bought it for him, sometimes it takes a while for users to recieve it.
