is it allowed to take player items in a kidnapping tho?

If you have kidnapped someone just to mug them no, although it would be understandable to disarm someone you are kidnapping as that would the in the best interest of your life.

You cannot kidnap and mug. One or the other. The only item you can take off of someone you are kidnapping is weapons, nothing else.

No, the most you should do in a kidnapping is tell them to put their hands up (so you know they ain’t armed) and then zip tie them and leave it as that…
