As a result of an internal discussion, some minor rule changes have taken place to address some recently raised issues. Please take some time to familiarise yourselves with them here. We are also experimenting with changing the rules to use a dark theme instead. Please vote on how you feel about this above. We are aware that the rules page when viewed in your browser will still have a white background, but this is just an experiment for now.
- Raid
Trespassing on orsuccessfully breakingattempting to break into an occupied property with the intention of stealing from it or its occupants or killing the players inside.
Note: Unlike previously, now a raid will count even if you die before making entry.
- 3.3 Realistic Actions
All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible, especially during combat; for example, when jumping up-to, or down-from somewhere, it must be done so slowly, carefully, and without injuring the player. Players should not attempt to boost people onto buildings or structures, nor should they climb onto objects which realistically would not hold their weight or use defences that are elevated or allow for near one-way visibility. During or when combat is imminent, players should not stand on top of any player placed props, examples include, but are not limited to

A fee of up to $500 may be charged for each act of either repairing, un-clamping, or towing of a vehicle. Police must be informed if a vehicle that was damaged due to a crime is repaired.
- 5.1 Mugging
Players may mug up to 3 players per hour and cannot mug the same player twice within that time. Muggings must not occur in public view, after forcing someone out of it, or when the loss of profit is imminent. City Employees must not be mugged for money or items, and players cannot mug someone who has a weapon out.
CPR must not be used to revive someone solely for the purpose of mugging them.
Furniture, crafting materials, planter boxes, rare/seasonal items, and premium tokens must not be dropped during a mugging.
Some rules have changed to be shorter, though do not change enforcement of the rules at all and have not been listed here. Although these changes are relatively minor, some of them have major gameplay implications, so a post was made to announce them.
