Suggestion Topic: 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Suggestion Description: Make Impact Grenade hostage situations 3.4

Why should this be added?:
Its basically just suicide bomb threats in a thin veil and isnt really fun for anybody. At this point PD would rather just not even rp/negotiate as the goal is usually to find the biggest group of rolling pins (cops) and bowl a perfect strike.) (Throw the granade into the crowd.

What negatives could this have?:
Gives crims less opportunity to free pd prisoners. I suppose.

Unironically Anthony I was just about to make a thread on this ye hostage situations with impacts make no sense however I also believe that they should exclude gp from grenades as realistically if u were to break gp u would just kill yourself and the guy u attempt to gp. I find no criticism and this is the best suggestion I've seen in a while
