Suggestion Topic: 3.8 Selling Items
Suggestion Description:
original rule
You must not use misleading names when selling items with a cash register. Names must accurately show what is being sold, including containers and what is in them. You must not use unclear names such as ‘Mystery Box’. You must only sell items in properties you own, or those where you have permission from the owner to do so.

proposed rule change
You must not use misleading names when selling items with a cash register. Names must accurately show what is being sold, including containers and what is in them. You must not use unclear names such as ‘Mystery Box’. You must only sell items in properties you own, *player made constructions approved by staff to be valid for roleplay* or those where you have permission from the owner to do so.

Why should this be added?:
- clarify that fishmarkets are ALLOWED to be built at all instead of saying we arent allowed AT ALL to build market stalls
update the suggestion topic selector

What negatives could this have?:
- uhhh idfk admin time and web-dev time i guess

We always allow the sale of items that are not built on ownable properties, such as passive roleplay builds. Did you encounter an issue recently where you have been told off for this? We would also have to explicitly disallow people selling premium tokens placed outside of the Bazaar shop or other properties if we're being really strict.

While it is technically against the rules I wouldn't mind this seeing a bit more clarification but I don't see an issue if it benefits your roleplay and you do not sell illegal items such as weapons, explosives or drugs. Exceptions can be made, especially for roleplay purposes if it does not impact other parties and again you don't sell weapons if for example all Bazaar shops are occupied or other illegal items.
