Suggestion Topic: Other
Suggestion Description: Action Request Guideline Addition
Add another guideline (or rule??) for making action requests, saying that users should be expected to make an action request within an acceptable time frame (7 days after the incident occured max. I was thinking 21 days just as demos but that is too long). Failure to do so will result in no action being taken and are no longer elligible to any refund requests if items were lost.
The same should be applicable for other types of reports like staff complaints.
Why should this be added?:
-Less work for staff when trying to find days of logs for the right thing that happened 3 weeks ago.
-Less chance of demos corrupting due to game updates.
-No more petty ARs for stuff that happened weeks ago just to get someone banned and possibly get money back.
What negatives could this have?:
-Newer players not knowing about a time constraint when to make action requests.
