Run PvP Queue server once again

Suggestion Title: Run PvP Queue server once again
Suggestion Description: I remember the old days, around 2016 when perp was full, there was second queue server on which you could join, make some kills on small map, and join when there will be free slot. It's great for new players - they can get better with PvP, and also it's less boring to wait in queue (which is not too long for now to be honest)

Why should this be added?:
- Server is alive once again, there are more and more players

What negatives could this have?:
- It does cost

Rotatioins then, gun-game, then some other things. And say its only active if the server is full type thing, and if you join when server is not full it kicks you ?

Queue server was genuinely more fun than actual perp back in the day

Don’t really feel a need if it kicks you, even at peak times you normally only have to wait 5 mins for a slot, and if it dosnt kick you it will draw the “esporters” to this server instead for the shooting.

We had Cinema for the queue server back then, only problem is how do we enforce rules if new people just play porn on the screens lol. You can safely AFK and that's fine.
