Running over people nerf

Topic: Nerfing running over people



Short explanation (in notes):
- When a man is run over at low speeds he would get knocked over and get back up instead of straight unconcious.


Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It's sort of annoying when a guy reverses on to you and you instantly die from it, instead I suggest it knocks you over and sometimes cripples you.

Even at low speeds, you should be able to die from, considering that an object that heavy actually hit you. It's not something you just get up from.
