Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5, 3.4 - Made a bad decision that could've gotten him killed/arrested over a 3k gun. His "friend" was killed for a perfectly valid reason, and he would've lost a revolver that wasn't even his. There were no medics online at the time, so there was no chance he would've been revived. Jack Richards decided, to save that revolver, he would shoot 2 cops, thus resulting in a warrant placed on himself, only implementing himself in a situation that had nothing to do with him.

im pretty sure the warrant was for a bank robbery lmfao, also make a rr for the 5 minutes aswell please :)

Just feel like I should mention, if you shoot our friends, we're most likely going to shoot back. And also, we don't know how many medics are on.

You still decided to take an unnecessary risk.

3.4 - Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons.

What benefit was that to shooting the 2 cops? Even if your friend was revived, he most likely wouldn't have gotten the maximum sentence of 9.2 as he barely did anything to the officer. He shot once and clearly didn't intend to kill the officer. If he did, he would've shot much earlier than he did. He obviously didn't know how guns worked, so he would've been cut slack. However, without even knowing what happened, Jack Richards busts in and kills us. He risked 10 years and a 10k ticket for no benefit at all.

No, that's unbelievably stupid as that means me, a cop, could justifiably kill a suspect, and 10 minutes later their friends raid the PD to get revenge for their "fallen comrade". Revenge is not a thing when it involves Police. It's irrational and disproportionate. Normal people don't go around shooting cops because they arrested their friend (Note I said normal people. Mental illness is bad.)
To add and clarify, revenge against civilians is different, as not all civilians have a gun or a radio or backup. Police do. It's 10x more risky to shoot a cop than to shoot a random civilian.

Not really, again considering the circumstances and the setting you were in (A crowded shopping center), there was no justifiable reason to shoot police over your buddy who made a stupid mistake. You fail to think rationally in this situation, I don't understand why it is so hard for you to just not shoot for once. Why is it so important to you to free your sweater friend while at the same time risking your life and well-being.
