Topic: Secret Service radio not showing in local chat



Short explanation (in notes):
-Change the secret service radio so it won't show in local chat after being sent

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Honestly I have never seen any secret service agents with walkie-talkies, as far as I know they all use phones/small PDAs to send messages if they need to, and when you type it no one can hear/see it (if you don't show them) so the radio message shouldn't pop up in local chat once sent. This could also keep the security as other people won't be able to hear you saying tactics or places where the mayor will go. We also should add this for mayor too since he is most likely using a smartphone.




Optional additions:
-add a special radio channel for only mayor, secret service and (optional) the lieutenant.

They do not have access to the voice-radio. They only do have the /radio as it being on their phone as far as I know.

Not necessary at all in my opinion. If they "all use phones/small PDAs to send messages" then why don't you just text your fellow SS? Mayor shouldnt have access to gov. radio anyway.

I do think that the SS' radio messages should be shown as /whisper instead of normal talk. After all they are "secret".
