Brief description of idea: SS should not equal the PD rank of the SS agent.
What benefits would this idea have for the department: Due to the fact that the PLPD is in no way associated with the SS and the fact that SS aren’t even LEOs. And the fact that you don’t need to be a cop to be an SS. It’s kinda weird that these are linked in a way.
What potential negatives could this have for the department: literally no negatives, if someone is fucking about as SS they shouldn’t receive punishment from PLPD rather be blacklisted from the job indefinitely requiring appeal through administration.
