-To be able to select a person to send and item over to storage.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):

I think it should be added because if you put items for someone in Org storage sometimes people steal it. Also if you need to transfer quite a few items to someone.


Optional additions:
-Only works if your at the same storage chest and you have them on buddies.

As rogue said; one of the reasons why we have the portable chest are because of easier item transportations and transactions. So personally as of now I don't think it's at all necessary.

PS: This suggestion just discribes the portable chests uses.
