Server Suggestion SGT+ plus can ban medics from the job

Description of the idea: allow people of the rank SGT+ to choose between a 1 hour 2 hour or 6 hour blacklist from the medic or firefighter role
right now when the server is full it is hard for admins to respond to a rogue medic and this would allow the police to deal with it IC instead of going straight for the f6 button
i picked SGT+ for this as they are already trusted in the PLPD

Why should this be added? (pros): frees up some staff effort
encourages for things to be delt with IC instead of straight for a report

What negatives could this have? (cons): could be abused but IA will probably crack down on abuse like this very harsley

I agree with some points, I don't think it should be more than an hour tho.
If the individual is abusing enough to get blacklisted to prevent them continue playing as a medic, the staff should take over.

This should be used as a last resort to ease the workload for the staff on full server (?), to RP the situation out or to set stop for a rouge medic who is not there to RP or performing their duties.

yeah i agree maybe a hour or 2 max would be better but this sort of allows for it to be delt with ingame and not breaking character
ive had incedents were the response time was easily a hour on a full server and this would allow trusted members of the PLPD to deal with rogue medics or hell medics even being unprofessional and repeatidly doing so this wouldnt only be used for medics going around running people over and causing havok

When an Officer, Firefighter, or medic is demoted through the Employee tab I am pretty sure it already issues a 1-hour blacklist.
At least, it used to be back in 2019 ish when I first became a Sergeant.
