Suggestion Title: share keys on stolen cars
Suggestion Description: If you have a keys to a tesla or other car that is turned on and its unlocked you can just hop in and drive it, I think stolen cars should work similar.
If you leave the motor on and get out, people in your friends list who have keys should also be able to get in.
Why should this be added?:
- Can easily sell a stolen car
- more rp opportunity
What negatives could this have?:
- increased car theft
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Having something you can do with stolen cars that has a point.
