@Fat/Shaun is an excellent roleplayer and has a very good knowledge of the rules aswell, he is one of the few people I see that still setup for passive RP. The past few days he's setup the Asian Chikon shop and the nightclub at McUwes which didn't turn out very well but was still a nice setup for the time it did last.
As much as I have fun with Shaun I kinda disagree a bit. Don't get me wrong, he is very likable and fun but he can also be too immature and a bit of a troll.
Such as with his Aisan Chikon Restraunt where he harboured a fugitive and make my ears bleed. He has some fun passive to stuff yes, but sometimes it can both get annoying, and sometimes he just won't comply with the rp which can be a hassle.
He is flawed like all of us (especially me) so I agree with the general statement just disagree on specifics.
