Suggestion Title: Shellfish Trapping and catchable shellfish
Suggestion Description: Adding a shellfish trap cage that you cast out into a body of water, and over time, it runs the ability to catch shellfish to sell or cook.

The item should function as such:

- You drop the item into a body of water, upon doing so, similarly to a bomb, You receive a text from your lobster box.
- Upon texting the box, it will sink or float depending on its current state.
- You leave the box in a body of water for around 5-10 or so minutes, and regularly come back to collect the contents from the box.
- Over the course of the time the box is in the ocean or in the hicktown river, it will accumulate shellfish in varying quantities.

The following items should be added to accommodate for this update:
- Lobster (Raw, cooked, foul)
- Crab (Raw, Cooked, Foul)
- Crayfish (raw, cooked, foul)
- Shrimp (raw, cooked, foul)

If a box is left in the ocean for too long, caught shellfish become "Foul" meaning they died in the box and eating them can make you very ill. It also should effect the value of the item. This should happen dependant on the species of shellfish.

The values of each item as well as their spawn rates should act as such:
Lobster: $2000 dollars, should have a 5% chance of spawning and should become foul after 8 minutes of being in the trap. Lobsters should restore all hunger upon being eaten cooked.
Crab: $800 sale price, Should have a 15% chance of spawning and should become foul after 15 minutes of being in the trap. Should restore all hunger upon being eaten cooked.
Crayfish: $500 sale price, Should have a 35% Chance of spawning and should become foul after 10 minutes of being in the trap. Should restore 80% of hunger upon being cooked and eaten
Shrimp: $250 sale price, should make up for the remainder percentage of spawn rates and should become foul after 20 minutes of being in the trap. Upon being cooked these items should restore the same amount of hunger as a hot dog does.

In terms of monetising it, the items would be sold to vendors in the same way fish are.

Lobster traps should be limited to 2 per VIP and 1 per regular user.

Why should this be added?:
- More variety of food items
- More passive RP oriented income
- Restauranteurism extends beyond fish and fast food.
- Another front for criminal activities to pass off as the main source of income for their business

What negatives could this have?:
- Might not see use.
- More content
- Modelling time. (Albeit models for all of these are readily available and also models exist for them on the workshop, allowing anyone to use them for whatever purpose).
