Description of the idea:

Make shooting the body of a car, both work and privately owned, damage the driver once the car reaches below 35%-20% HP, causing bleeding as it does so. excluding the SWAT Van and Limousine.

Currently vehicles, both civilian, police, and government in general, possess the ability to kill players in circumstances which put the players on ground at an incredibly unrealistic advantage. Contrary to popular belief, cars are not actually bulletproof; Even .22 Long rifle, a subsonic 5mm bullet made for shooting birds, rats, and to allow children to fire a rifle, Can penetrate into the cabin area of most conventional vehicles.

Another issue we have is, rather than valuing their lives, we have people who attempt to take on high powered rifle wielding assailants under circumstances which realistically would not be in their favour, be it cops running over suspects in their crown vics, or Heavy TFU Being flattened by a tesla, yet succeeding greatly without any real risk of harm due to the fact that the game doesn't have vehicle hitboxes.

The rate of the damage taken from the bullet could be reduced to as if they were shot without obstruction for realism purposes.

The aim of this suggestion is to grant players more of a defence against being run over by a magical bullet resistant car even if they are armed with a pistol, and also to discourage tactless speeding head first into shootouts.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Would encourage users to engage people more realistically, with more regard for their lives.
- Rather than coming up with convoluted schemes to change PD Policies to prevent what the game has enabled to be a highly effective strategy for "Saving" your own life, which would be disbalanced as that would be 1 sided, We just make doing so significantly more challenging for both sides.
- Money sink for the civilian cars as people will have more incentive to keep their cars fully repaired at all times.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Cops actually breaking policy when they don't hit the tires of a fleeing vehicle (Also could be good?)
- Crossfire incidents could become more devastating.
- Might be annoying to those who are dependant on vehicle usage as a weapon as their means of acquiring money and surviving shootouts.
