Shoting range

Short explanation:
-Add a shooting range place where you can test weapons (in a hypothetical Paralake_V3)

Detailed description:
When i'm a SWAT i really don't know which weapon choose, i would try them all, but i need a safe place to do that

Optional additions:
-Since none would waste ammos (saw what they cost) it would ben nice if you pay to enter and a NPC will give you the weapon that you choose and some full mags.

I believe this has been accepted and a new range is in progress. I cant be sure as i am on my phone ATM. The SWAT aren't allowed to train ATM either.

Denied - It's already in development as a shooting range is already on the map just needs to be coded in.
