Server Suggestion Shop NPCs inventory adjustments

Description of the idea:
Have the following NPC’s begin / cease selling the following items:
Gas stations:
- Start selling cigarettes
- Start selling propane


Pub / casino:
- Stop selling fishing rods (casino only)

Gun store:
- Start selling fishing rods (most gun stores irl sell them since gun rooms are often a part of outdoors shops)
- Start selling zipties
- Start selling bullet casings

Ragnatech:
- Start selling box of springs

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Quality of life
- Makes sense.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
