Suggestion Title: Show person's unit next to their name in Dispatch radio log
Suggestion Description: Yesterday's update adds the person's unit next to their name when they talk in /gov.
Dispatchers can't benefit from this useful new feature, because their radio log wasn't updated to include the information.
Why should this be added?:
- Bring this useful feature to Dispatchers, who are primarily the ones who need to know which unit is talking
What negatives could this have?:
- UI clutter
