Shroom suggestion 3

Description of the idea:
Allow shrooms to be grown on grass on properties. Currently you are unable to place shrooms in places like subs house back yards and the likes, yet you can plant them in public areas and flowerbeds outside shops and the PD???????

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Makes sense

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Idk people shooting cops for going on there back yards and seeing shrooms.​

We might have to restrict it so it can only be done on a property you have access to tho.
