Description of the idea: Add the Fiat Stilo

Why should this be added? (pros): brand new car, more variety

For cars to be added in PERP they need to be in TDMCars. Sadly, TDM never made Fiats so this simply can't be done.

Incredibly unreliable car aswell, expensive to maintain, my friend owned one and the engine malfunctioned after 2 months of owning it.
