It gets really annoying when someone constantly calls you and you have to decline it a lot. This addition would be very helpful for people who want to not be disturbed when they're in the middle of a raid, hiding from someone like the police or even when the lieutenant constantly gets 911 calls which can disrupt important conversations and radio broadcasts. Also if someone is constantly calling you and you're in a bit of a situation, it gets extremely irritating and again can disrupt gameplay and can stall some conversations or events.
Optional additions: If your phone is on silent, a little icon could appear at the bottom right (like a loudspeaker icon).
