Why Should This Player Be Punished:
- 2.1 - Issues a ticket to a player without saying a word to them, then hops back in his car. At the same time, he is ignoring the more significant firearm violations.
- 3.3 - Somehow the player receives a ticket when he isn't even interacted with properly. It's literally like DarkRP - he runs around so that he can click him, get it done with almost in spite, and then leave dishonorably.
