Why Should This Player Be Punished:

• 2.1 - Punching his friend in public repeatedly to the point where he had to bandage himself. Runs up to, and punches a police officer. Drinking milk with a remington in your face makes no sense at all.
• 3.4 - The above, as well as - whilst under strict gunpoint and order not to make any sudden movements - drinking milk (which, realistically, would mean reaching for something whilst at gunpoint and this sudden movement is bound to get you shot).

Anyways, onto the actual AR.

Drinking milk while under gunpoint involves pulling something out of his pocket, perfectly reasonable to open fire if you believe he is pulling a firearm.

And yes, drinking milk while at threat of death is unrealistic, as you'd probably be begging the officer not to open fire and get your hands up immediately when at gunpoint by, lets highlight this here: A REMINGTON. Y'know, the thing that can tear you apart at close range, that weapon? Yeah, pulling something out of your pocket in that situation isn't a very smart idea.
