Short explanation (in notes):

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): This would just be a fun addon really. Skating down the streets in 5mph and jumping over rails using spacebar. Maybe a reskin of the map and add a skatepark near Luxury Road? It would be cool but I can see why this might be too exessive.

+Support would be a great addition only problem I could think of if people not being able to mug or something.

I don't really think this would be adding any good RP at all to be fair, and as robbin said, people would just use it to get away etc and people would not be able to mug eachother, i think it would be abused but yeah, -support from me
