The website that is going to be used for law reforms is nearly done however, some testing and clean-up still needs to be completed by @TinySlayer. We understand that people have been waiting a long time for law reforms to go to the voting stage, so until the website is ready, we have opted to conduct the voting via the forums with polls. Below, you will see the following information:

The proposal for the new law is as followed:

10.4 Smoking

It is an offence to smoke inside a business or residence without the permission of the owner of said premises, inside a government or city run facility, or in the vicinity of fuel pumps / fuel storage.

Infraction: Liable to $1000 maximum fine and removal from the premises.
