Suggestion Title: Social Media XP
Suggestion Description: A new category tab for organization XP is added called "Social Media" or "Influence"

This will be boosted when a post goes viral on Tooter by getting likes, or gets a lot of retoots or when follower milestones are hit.

Extra ideas:
1) Make a option to ask to be pinged on your phone any time someone toots, or when someone you follow toots or never.

2) Also switch the timeline and the search button. Making it so that the New toots is what you see first, but the Timeline is a button you can view if you tap.

Why should this be added?:
- Helps to make tooter more useful
- Makes the server more connected through the app
- Creates for interesting roleplay
- Makes it so that organizations and roleplay event hosts can have more use for the app to spread influence or messages
- Take a good step away from relying on ads for trash talk or general communication

What negatives could this have?:
- People abusing the milestones by making multiple accounts
- Some people prefer to see their timeline

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Tooter is forgotten and people use adverts as if its social media sometimes

@Mxdium's suggestion notwithstanding we all begged for Tooter to be brought back, used it for about the entirety of a month when it did come back, and then all forgot about it again. Something like this I think would actually do quite well in encouraging regular Tooter use; I really like the concept.

There’s other plenty of ways you can incentivise people to use Tooter like having it work on and off the server by creating a web app and having it accessible from a real phone too (if someone wanted to go the extra mile and create a native iOS/Android app for it that’d be insane but is very far fetched)

If the ingame phone had a Notification Centre then you could also have tooter push out occasional notifications as well as notifications that tells you when someone has interacted with your content, I think the priority has to be to actually get people to use the platform in the first place with this suggestion to actually be effective
