[SOLVED]It Lags when i go in the game.

I have a problem every time when i join the server it start to lag and stops lag stops lag stop etc.
I cant move or anything like that and i didin't have that problem before but now i have this weird problem please help me. Thanks.

To be fair , I'm not sure if it was me or not but when I had windows 7 , PERPHeads used to lag af for me and I decided to switch to windows 10 then 8.1 , and now I'm fine on Windows 8.1 , not sure if you could switch OS , but thats my thought as that has happend to me.

Does this occur only upon connecting? Type net_graph 3 into your console and then when you connect and cannot move, do you get entity updates (red going along the graph) if not then you just have to reconnect and try see if it works. Otherwise get rid of any useless addons (disable/remove them).

Yeah it's a common gmod problem, you have to reconnect, Fredy found the problem a while ago in 2014 and the only way to fix it is by reconnecting https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1343375
