Lag issues?

So basically I've never had permanent issues with Perp. It's been times where for an hour or so I experienced an issue with a small amount of lag. However recently, I've noticed that when playing on Perp when it is fairly populated causes some issues for myself. Playing when there is around 20 or so people on, gives me no issues, what so ever. I have no lag, no rubber-banding, no nothing, everything is perfect. What I'm experiencing now I've also never had before either, it's always been the same whenever I'm on. The only addons I have are for Perp, It's not serverside (no input lag, only framerate) and I'm just so fed up with not being able to role-play as a Medic as if I did it would be unsafe for me to do so. Hopefully you guys can help me find a fix.
