Regals is missing textures for me any help? and fixes?
And i get it random places Bank, Next to hostpital City hall

Try re-downloading the content. I'm not sure if the server uses HL1 or HL2 textures. If you don't have CSS, Garry's Mod uses most of those. You can get them for free on a site, not sure which one, if you need it hit me with a private message.

I had this, I forgot what fixed it. @JarredInator helped me fix it

You need to make an autoexec file with the mat_specular 0 command. This will execute this command on startup.
How?

Browse your local files in GMOD from Steam.

Then go to this;

Then make a new text document and name it autoexec.cfg
Put this in it;

NO PROBLEM!

It's just Mat_specular 0 on the console and you're good to go

Seems to have been solved, as stated type mat_specular 0 into the console when on the main menu.
