I'd take up Jiu Jitsu if you're doing this as a hobby instead of a career, a lot more practical skills and highly transferable to other careers e.g. jailor, detention officer, police, security work, etc.

I am unable to steam call atm as I am on my phone with other people around. I don't know a lot about boxing per sé, but the theory behind building muscles is something I had to study at school
