Sound issues

Currently i'm having issues with the sound; this only occurred during the Garry's mod update
where I can't fully hear the gun, it sounds super suppressed and when changing weapons ( scroll ), It seems to just make a weird sounds.
Any Ideas?

i have been getting the same issue's and thats why i havent played today it bug's the crap out of me...

Update all of your drivers and reinstall the game. If this doesn't work then I have no idea what I can do to help you.
