Server Suggestion Splints

Description of the idea:
Taking painkillers whilst splinted stops you taking damage when you move with one.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- Splints are fucking useless as is as they take up so much HP When moving that stimpacking becomes a waste of money
- People often just get medics to heal them or drive to hospital rather than using splints.
- Incentive on their use
- Splints become worth the money they cost to make.

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- None​
