Description of the idea: Basically if you try and steal a car it bypasses the ticket. The main reason to this is. It's stupid because if I was going to steal a vehicle I wouldn't be worried about the ticket. I would just be wanting to get out of that area with the vehicle
Why should this be added? (pros): it makes sense, you don't have to worry about forgotten tickets when stealing a vehicle
What negatives could this have? (cons): None that I can think of, put them down below and I will add them if you have any cons.
