Hello! So yesterday I ran into a problem with steam as lord gaben hates me, even though its closed and I try to remove it as it seems to need to be reinstalled it says its up and when I try in the command prompt its just gives me this message:

I have tried to end the process in Task Manager but there was no steam process to be found.

Does anyone know how to fix this shit?

Depending on what OS you're on, it's different to do; however if you're on windows 10 typing 'cmd' into the search bar and right clicking to run as administrator will work.
