Short explanation (in notes):
-less lethal way to disarm people
-doesn't risk hostage life

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
a stinger is a rubber grenade which has rubber shell and rubber balls inside it. it would would like if you have a gun and this hits you the gun drops and you become disorientated like when you get revived. it would be a good way of diffusing hostage sits and barricaded suspects and would result in few casualties when confronting warrants and raids with armed people even if its only a knife.

If you ask me and a few other SWAT they seem to do the same thing.

The thing is the swat are OP as fuck, and if you know how to aim, shoot and are smart you pretty much always win gun fights no matter what. The swat currently have quite a lot of tools and flash bangs can be use to get a certain edge over people and blind them for a short period of time but let's be honest when are swat ever going to need this? The swat job is literally spray and pray.

Swat are OP as it is, not needed.

This thing would be WAY to OP. SWAT already have a Flashbang and some OP guns ^^ I really dont think this is needed. If you have a good PC/FPS/Ping you can basically take out everyone with a singel pistol -.-
