Strange Error

Other players will have errors on them when they pull out their keys. I can see keys on myself fine, the model itself is not an error, but when other players have them out there is an error in the center of their body. Anybody know of a fix? I have all required content and CSS, Hl2, etc.

The only thing that i know is that i downloaded the perpheads content from the download link, and the 2 packs that are on : Maps ----> Trending ----> First page if im correct.
Something with perpheads v2 bs.p or something and another one. You should be able to spot it easily.

open gmod go to ´´addons´´ then to maps then ´´newest´´ and you will find the maps/garphics on the second page install all paralake city v2 and it should work find
