What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: Forum Rule 2.3 "Unnecessary posting"
Your version of the rule:
When threads are created, they must not be ambiguous. For example; when posting a thread in the support section simply stating "HELP" would be a violation of this rule as it would make the thread ambiguous.

A good example of obeying this rule would be "What is the fastest car in PERP?" as it is clearly addressing the question that the OP has, rather than having simply "HELP" which may be open to multiple interpretations of the question which may lead to confusion or frustration.

Threads must also be well worded and constructive, depending on what section this is. This section of my suggested change should only apply to the following sections:
- Ban/warning appeals/disputes/requests
- Support threads.

Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited:

Too many ambiguous threads.

Agreed. People should know what they're clicking on. It'll help people that know stuff about a certain subject help someone in need quicker.

Sorry for the poorly constructed sentence, I'm writing this on a tablet and it's late.

Going a but far with this one. Theres simply no need for this rule.

New player makes “Help!” Thread > player warned > player now pushed away because he couldnt get any help for his issue and instead was pubished

Yes because that has happened.

No, keep the rule it's good because we don't want random people jumping into discussions/threads they shouldn't, plus we don't want to change it from what it is now as people can easily take help in /help

You were once a staff member before and I'm sure you remember that negligence of the rules is not an excuse to break them.
Ideally if this rule were to be implemented; the correct way to handle an ambiguous topic would be to inform the OP as well as changing the thread title as well. Repeat offenders will of course be penalised for it.

I never said its happened? I said it will happen. If you are a new player and come to the forums looking for help, maybe with very little experience using them then get warned because you had an "ambiguous title" just pushes them away because they came looking for help but were punished. In what world is this rule doing anyone good?

So what if you have to click onto the thread and read it?

This just comes over as childish and unessesary, it almost feels like perpheads rules are beginning to become like the ones of a goverment.

Really dont see this being nessesary as we're not youtube and clickbait isnt really a thing.

Besides, the only people that do this are the newer players and to give them a forum warning for it is just sad
