Main Idea: Police Training Officers get stars underneath their chevrons.
Full description of the idea:
So essentially I want to make it so Corporals and Sergeants with the rank of Police Training Officer, Police Training Supervisor, and Police Command on PLPD.Online have a little star just beneath their chevrons in-game.
Why should it be added?:
I think this addition would give academy staff more incentive to become a PTO, instead of staying as PTA for all of time, @Bean Can. I also think it would stop academy staff from shirking their duties as much. Granted, this doesn't happen often, but I do see it occasionally. The addition would be realistic as police departments in western countries do have similar things. Most notably, the LAPD has a star under two chevrons for Officer 3's who have additional duties, such as training officers.
Pros:
Pretty stars on sleeves.
More incentive for a PTA to receive their training.
Academy staff can be identified in-game now, so when a probationary wants a stage 3 done they know who to talk to.
Cons:
Not really needed, but what is, really?
Other additions:
Perhaps making it so when a training officer goes on duty it would say something like this:
[Radio] [PTO/PTS] [RANK] [NAME] Is now 10-8
