Main idea: Allow PTO's of the rank cpl+ to give patrol reports to Probationary officers/officers

Description: The way i see police training officers are trusted enough to pass/fail probationary officers they should be allowed to post patrol reports on a probationary officers profile so that the probationary has a written log of what people think the probationary officer does well and what they need to improve upon (a log they can check instead of just being told ingame)

Pros: less people failing stage 3
means theres more information available for probationary officers

Cons: could be abused but if it is the patrol reports are deleted and the officer is punished for the abuse

Since this is academy related and I cannot comment on the procedures made by them, this is something that should be taken up /w the academy command, CoD(s) and the IT Dept, when PO there could be a separate area that only Command Staff, and PTO/PTAs can see and monitor the progress of that way your not officially issuing patrol reports but instead issuing "Performance Reports" yes its same concept but only works for academy members and can be viewed by the command teams.

Without waffling on im basically suggesting a separate area for academy staff to post their obvs as things with regards to a PO do not nesecerally need to be seen by everyone and it can be an academy log?


Or simpler way, allow them to create Obvs Reports - only issue is do we allow it for ALL ranking or if we can have a way to restrict so you can only do it on POs @TinySlayer Mr IT Guy, let us know if that is something possible?
