Main Idea: Removing tickets by vehicle
Full description of the idea:
Right now you can only remove a ticket by pressing 'R' on a person but you cannot do that by a vehicle. Realistically it should really be possible as you put the ticket on the car if it is as example illegally parked, and when you make a mistake with the ticket you are not able to remove it again by the car but you should be able to as in real life you can just take the ticket off.
Why should it be added?: If you make a mistake with a parking ticket as example you can't remove it and need to go and find the vehicle owner to remove it, but when this is added you can immediately remove it again by doing it on the vehicle.
Pros: Mistakes with tickets on a vehicle can be corrected easier and without trouble.

You should be able to remove it again as you see in the image realistically you have put the ticket between the windshield wiper and can take it back out from between it.
