vehicle impound message

Description of the idea: get notified when your vehicle gets impounded via message similar to 911 message when you get a ticket

Why should this be added? (pros): you can't tell when your vehicle gets impounded and it pisses people off to get to city garage just to find out that their vehicle got impounded as they assume it was returned by a cop

What negatives could this have? (cons): none i can think of
