Suggestion Description: Make it faster to put your hands down so verbal commands can be used against the person instead of waiting

Why should this be added?:
- verbal commands are more easy
Easier to follow verbal commands

What negatives could this have?:
- minging by running away

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Verbal commands being folloqed properly

dont see any use in this, if surrender gets this but then should all other emotes/actions also?

What am saying is that when people gp you you surrender then someone will tell you yo do something and your hands are up what am saying is it will make gp and using verbal commands a bit more easier yo get them to do something in an instants instead of cops coming as soon as they're there

This, by itself, is not a good change. The time it takes to stop surrendering is long on purpose, partially to allow interacting with the person (for example, with zipties, or cuffs). It makes the surrender action more effective.

Please, when submitting new suggestions, try to elaborate more on the positives, negatives, and especially the problem you're trying to solve with them.
