Server Suggestion Surveillance Cameras

Suggestion Title: Surveillance Cameras
Suggestion Description: It would be awesome to have some security cameras that we can set around our house/apartament. Each property would have a limit of how many cameras you can set. These cameras would be accessed from the monitor you buy from ragnatech (make it useful).

Why should this be added?:
- You can take a look outside your property without actually going outside
- Make the monitor useful (it is kinda useless right now)

What negatives could this have?:
- scripting takes time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: it won't really solve any issues but it will help players not get gunpointed when going outside their property. It will also make the monitor have a use

The problem is balancing, and wallbanging.

To add surveillance cameras, more spots would have to be not wallbangable. Cameras create a sense of fear because of wallbanging and would heavily tip the scales towards the defenders side.
