Short explanation (in notes):
- Be able to become SWAT instanly when talking to the NPC at PD.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Right now, you need to become police officer to join the SWAT team. When the police job is full, you can't become SWAT. This annoys me very much.
With a button added that says "Yes I've always wanted to be a S.W.A.T. officer" you can join whenever you want, and when the force is full.

Also add a brand new exam for SWAT Officers.
Come up with some questions when you reply, please.

- Maybe a different sentence like "I am here to resume my S.W.A.T. duties"

This would bypass the police exam meaning basicly you can buy vip join SWAT then fail rp the police force to death.

This was the only reason why I never wanted this but I agree having to be police first can be annoying.

And what @Death Howl was saying, if said user hasn't already done the police exam, they will have to, but if you want to exam the police force to hell, you can always add an extra exam for SWAT - This will stop all the common mistakes that SWAT members make, such as wait until you're called!
