Swep Starts/stop demo

After a randomly crash i try to use my Fist or Physgun( i think his happend to all stuff)
it give me a big LAG SPIKE so i only can use my Keys.

Does anyone know how i can fix his problem?

tbh i think this is irrelevant to your question, since this error is commonly found when you load in. i assume it is due perp having a custom chatbox and that the function nick hasn't been loaded yet.

i have no fucking clue what you're saying, after you had a random crash, whenever you switch to a physgun or your keys you get alot of FPS lagg?

Full Deinstall Gmod doesnt help.
Mybe it works if the server restart
